Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I use Paycom to its fullest. We currently are using the Beti Payroll System in Paycom. It has been such a great experience moving to Paycom with all that it has. Payroll has become so much easier and takes less time. I love how you can created special reports to my liking or what other managers want to see. Paycom has a great Audit Report and also Validation before sending my weekly and Biweekly Payroll. I have roughly 70 Union Employees that require multiple hourly rates bases on our Union Contract. Paycom is able to adjust to our Union Contracts. When you need extra help our dedicated Paycom Specialist is only an email away. You also can call and get the next available Specialist to help you.
When deciding on your next Payroll Program please consider Paycom!
  • Excellent Payroll and Accrual Reports.
  • Dedicated Specialist that is always available and they also have backup Specialist to help.
  • They can adapt and add to your special and complicated needs.
  • End of Year is so easy now!
  • Three or more Decimals. They only use two decimals and round up.
  • Reduced administrative cost by saving time and having our Payroll Manager go Part-time.
  • Stopped employees coming into administrated Office. They are able to ask questions on Paycom and receive quicker answers in their Paycom Portal.
  • Holding Employees accountable for their own Direct Deposits and taxes and requesting PTO and seeing their own Vacation Accrual.
I also used Reynolds and Reynolds and UCS. All four Payroll Programs did not compare to Paycom. I have more hands on with the Program where ADP is not.

Only one scearois is adding hourly Rate. Union goes by 00.0000 and Paycom only goes by 00.00.
