Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is an employee interactive HRIS System that is used to manage personnel upon the prospective employee's job application until termination and or retirement. We manage time recording and attendance, payroll, employee benefits, documentation of training programs and general communications, as well as distribution of the employee manual, new policies, and procedures. So, essentially, all things that are employee related.
- Annual Employee Benefits enrollment is self administered.
- time and attendance tracking including all PTO.
- Documentation and follow-up on required training programs with reminders sent to the employee if the training is not yet completed.
- We have no known issues; most issues are user error and require training and orientation that allows the employee to be self-managed.
- We no longer have a full-time HR manager. The duties are split between a Controller and another manager-reduced costs-all in an $80,000/year savings.
- Employee self-management of benefits enrollments eliminated manager support for the process. It's completely self-administered by the employee, probably saves 80 hours of administrative work at a minimum and eliminating any chance that management makes an error on the employee's record.
We eliminated ADP to go to Paycom at 2 companies. Both companies were thrilled with the outcome.
