Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom for the employee's official personnel file, time keeping, evaluations, position management, job postings, backgrounds, scheduling, their benefits, workers' compensation tracking, FMLA tracking, I-9s, and 1095s along with W-2s.

  • More responsibility on the employees rather than HR
Paycom far outweighs ADP's capabilities. ADP had too many roadblocks and we were unable to fully integrate a paperless personnel file which was the end goal. Paycom has allowed us to transition to go paperless.

We were solely paper up until 2016 and then chose ADP for HR and Payroll, that wasn't working out well for us and we knew we needed to change. We then switched to Paycom, which suits all our needs.
