Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

This is an all-encompassing system that empowers employees to make changes and be responsible for their own information. The system is robust in its capabilities in every capacity we have tried it out on! The report writer is super handy! And using the talent management piece is the best decision we've ever made!

  • Love the functionality of every module we have. It saves our sanity!
Paycom blows both Heartland and ADP away. No comparison. I had nothing but issues with the others and no issues to speak of with Paycom. I will recommend Paycom to anyone looking for a truly all-in-one provider.

I would say no matter what the size of your organization, they can take care of you. Their system is robust, and there is no clicking on links to go from one site to the next to the next. You stay in the same system for all things, and the information flows seamlessly.
