Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I use Paycom for HR, Payroll, Learning/Training, Time Entry, and Benefits. This system provides all the perks needed to ensure the company is productive.

Pros

  • Learning module is easy to implement.
  • Customer Service Reps are Awesome. Professional and knowledgeable.
  • User-Friendly and easy to navigate.
  • Beti is a great tool to use for Payroll.

Cons

  • Primary Representative rarely available via phone.
  • New employee information layout is horrible.
  • Need to be able to remove documents as replacing.
  • Saved time on training and onboarding.
  • Easy access for time approval and entries.
Each has good and bad, but so far, Paycom is easier to manage and use.

The system is user-friendly and provides all the tools in one place to ensure a successful setup for employers and employees. The ATS can be better refined, but it works.
