Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I do Paycom weekly for my employees. It took me a while to figure out some of the things that I needed to do to complete reports that my accounting company needs. If I had a question, my Paycom rep answered in a timely manner
- Keeps me updated on new things that they implement.
- Has a personal rep for me to ask questions
- Offers free online classes to help get more acquainted with the new things
- It definitely saves time for payroll
- They get the paychecks here the next day after they are submitted
I have not used any other payroll services so I do not have anything else to compare them to
