Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is our HCM. [...] is our rep and provides the utmost world class customer service to us. We have so many questions for her and it has been great having her educate our team. She provides answers to us and also explains things in ways we can retain the information for the software.
Pros
- Educates clients
- Provides world class customer service
- Is always available when I need them
Cons
- Be in my office to help me when we are stressed with payroll? HA
- Communicate with Employee Navigator--I do NOT like this part and wish Paycom wasn't so one sided.
- Lower rates for customers. Being the best does come with a price!
- We have become more paperless with our hiring practices
- Our internal personnel action forms have become paperless
- The above two items have helped us immensely
All of the HCMs are pretty much the same, they all just have different modes of applications. The only negative about Paycom is their reporting structures (somewhat) but that is based upon how your organization sets things up. It was already set up when I arrived. I would also prefer if Paycom was Employee Navigator friendly and I didn't have to feed my benefits manually. That is certainly cumbersome.
