Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom assist with streamlining payroll processing. It is user friendly and has availability to endless possible of helping HR organize payroll, performance management, reporting, and much more. Paycom is user friendly and very good compared to other payroll and HRIS companies.

Cons

  • Setup options can be confusing to start functions. Guides are helpful but still can be confusing.
  • Service rep seems overloaded.
  • Paycom has reduced payroll submitting time by 70% with auto generated time and attendance and more.
Very satisfied with implementation and the specialist. Took a lot of time to help and guide through unique and specific business setup needs.
Paycom is my first choice from working with other services like Peoplesoft, Paychex and ADP.
