Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I am the HR Manager and use Paycom for all of my HRIS needs. Paycom helps me manage my Employees Schedules, PTO Accruals, Payroll and more. It is easy to use, intuitive, and the customer service department is the best. If you were to run into an issue that you didn't know how to handle your customer service support team will walk you through it every step of the way.

The system is very easy to use. I had no training on the system when I was hired because the person I replaced had already left the company when I started. Once I received my login information I was able to get into the system and figure out what I needed to do without any prior training. The things I was not sure about the customer service team was amazing at helping me with it. Anyone can teach themselves how to use this system.
