Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

In our organization, we use Paycom for Payroll, on boarding, leave management

Pros

  • Great for PTO management
  • easy to use
  • very employee centrist
  • self serve is great

Cons

  • Arrears payment needs improvement
  • Manager PTO approval is ok but when reminders are sent, it is very generic
  • it has helped save time with punch corrections
its great to be able to complete government docs, as the company has grown
cuts the time wasted on employee changes while giving the employee more visibility and control
