Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use it for all HR functions, from recruiting to employee management. It assists with onboarding, back ground checks, and new hire paperwork management.

- Real person customer service
More customization and ability to make changes. They also take feedback and have great client assistance most of the time.
Not a lot applies to smaller employee populations. Some of the solutions/options offered only benefit large employers.
Paycom has a lot more customization and matches better with our organizational need, however it isn’t as streamlined.
