Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use it for all HR functions, from recruiting to employee management. It assists with onboarding, back ground checks, and new hire paperwork management.

  • Saves time with automation
  • Reduce errors
  • Real person customer service
More customization and ability to make changes. They also take feedback and have great client assistance most of the time.
Not a lot applies to smaller employee populations. Some of the solutions/options offered only benefit large employers.
Paycom has a lot more customization and matches better with our organizational need, however it isn’t as streamlined.

Great for someone technically proficient. Can be hard for someone who struggles with having a lot of options/customization. Calling customer service can be very helpful, but the follow up to an issue can be lacking.
