Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

In our organization, We utilize Paycom for payroll and other software as an HRIS. This Paycom system addresses some of our manual processes and streamlining payroll.

Pros

  • Customization

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Paycom's Mobile Application
  • I think the Pay Features (Shift Differential) in Paycom have room for improvement
  • In my experience, the Integration Capabilities in Paycom have room for improvement
  • For our organization, Paycom has had an impact on Time savings
This has helped to eliminate manual forms and allowed for clearer communication between teams.
