Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I utilizee the company Paycom to help my company work with employees and offer solutions to payroll and HR problems throughout the workplace. This is mostly used towards offering solutions to many of our company's employees with financial problems and offering a large solution. This company offers a very large impact on my company and allows for a positive and integrated workplace.

Pros

  • Quick and easy help when needed
  • Easily accessible for employees
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • Some time needed for help when specific issues emerge
  • Saves time with an all-in-one stop
  • Ease of use allows for widespread decrease in stress
It has shown that it is less prone to failure and errors, in which paycom allows for a shorter and more integrated solutions, while having less difficulty managing it as a whole.
It allows a one click solution to items that could have commonly needed a large amount of problem solving and more issues
