Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
The program helps us go from a manual process to a more automated process in helping to attract and retain our candidates. It's an easy platform for our managers to use as well, and so they've been very good in providing us with training modules for staff and for our managers to learn how to use the product. So that's been very helpful.
Pros
- I think it does very well in helping us review the candidates qualifications and skills and abilities so that it saves us time and making sure that we have the most qualified candidates come through the system.
Cons
- I think we probably would like to have an opportunity to provide some questions that the candidates could answer beforehand, so that would be a nice feature to have.
- Again, it's the time. It's just time saved.
I think it's a more simplified approach than some of the other very complicated products.
So I think the features itself makes it very user-friendly. You can learn quickly how to use it so that you become very familiar and just makes it a lot easier and quicker to go through the system and use it.
We have evaluated about three different providers. I think it was the ease of use that was attractive.
