Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Using the full suite allows you to have all of your information in one place. Allows you to help employees and streamline all of their employee lifecycle in one app.
Pros
- I think you guys do very well. The ATS Applicant Tracking System: Amazing. Have no complaints with it.
- Another one that I think would do really good to mention is your employee record. Like all of the information for the employee, that's really good too.
Cons
- Certification management needs a lot of improvement, especially in the industry that we're in. Performance management needs a lot of improvement is very repetitive or it's prone to allow with one single click assignment of performance reviews to everybody. That causes a nightmare because people have already taken some of the reviews for that year or it's assigning it to all of the supervisors and it is assigning employees that don't even report to them. It creates a nightmare with just one click. So that would be something to improve.
- Your reporting capability. What I discovered is that while it is strong, it could be better because modules should speak to each other as far as combining information to see all of the information that you have from beginning to end. It doesn't do that.
- I'm going to tell you that it has helped a lot because it has allowed the people from one area to speak to the people in the other area, like payroll and HR and benefits and working together one and trying to figure out the system at times, but two, in making sure that we are doing the best that we can for our employees.
