Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

So we use most of the full suite. There's a lot of good and there's quite a bit of bad. And we've been working with you on the bad stuff.

Pros

  • The user app for the front end employee self-service is really nice for our users.

Cons

  • I think you guys can definitely work on building out a better integrated structure.
  • I'd say some reduced errors on the payroll side. Overall though, it's been a hard return on investment because we've had to purchase other softwares to supplement the system.
