Paycom Review

As a new client we are still discovering the ins and outs...with any system there are a few annoying features I do not understand. Little things that make no sense. Both my controller and I now giggle Ie: when searching a timecard etc., the date range always reads, "current pay period", yet it is not the current pay period, in fact it rolls forward to the next and you have to jump backwards to previous. In our opinion payroll cycle is should read current for the one you are currently working in until that cycle has been submitted. Minor but very annoying.

when an employee clocks in under the wrong category the entire day really gets messed up. Ie clocked In Lunch when it was to Out Lunch ... again learning curve.
