Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I used it approving time. For me, I personally, in my usage of it, I don't have a problem.
Pros
- I would say emailing when someone submits a time off.
Cons
- IIt seems pretty straightforward in the way that I use it. Right. It's just more monitoring and logging in as a client is pretty straightforward. Logging in as an employee is pretty straightforward. Navigating the different prompts for compliance. In terms of, again, for my personal use, it seems pretty straightforward.
- As a collective, based on the conversation, I think there was one thing admin wise where the system and say 401k weren't reading, they weren't compatible, I would say. So maybe admin Excel sheets. There was something where it wasn't competing and it cost the agency money, but then they had to reimburse. Okay. So I would say admin wise, that the face of it seems pretty straightforward.
