Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I used it approving time. For me, I personally, in my usage of it, I don't have a problem.

Pros

  • I would say emailing when someone submits a time off.

Cons

  • IIt seems pretty straightforward in the way that I use it. Right. It's just more monitoring and logging in as a client is pretty straightforward. Logging in as an employee is pretty straightforward. Navigating the different prompts for compliance. In terms of, again, for my personal use, it seems pretty straightforward.
  • As a collective, based on the conversation, I think there was one thing admin wise where the system and say 401k weren't reading, they weren't compatible, I would say. So maybe admin Excel sheets. There was something where it wasn't competing and it cost the agency money, but then they had to reimburse. Okay. So I would say admin wise, that the face of it seems pretty straightforward.

Would you buy Paycom again?

Yes

I would say more on the accounting side, back end administrative pieces. Maybe there's a gap there based on the conversations I'm involved in. But since I'm not the user specific for it and I just more log in to do approvals, I do see, and I am going by memory, the prompts where it's like you are waiting for certain items to get approved. Something with compliance, there's an update for, there's no information coming out. So in that scope of work for me, it's there. I just have to click. So that seems pretty easy.
