Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

In our organization, We use Paycom for all things related to HRIS (human resources information system), so on a daily basis, personnel action forms, putting people on leave, payroll.

Pros

  • The time and attendance module
  • payroll

Cons

  • Definitely the leave of absence management, I'm looking for improvements in that module.

Would you buy Paycom again?

Yes

If asked, I think I am likely to tell a colleague that, in my experience, Paycom is well suited for the time and attendance, the payroll, but again, we would really like to use Paycom for performance management and leave of absence modules and we've looked into it, but, in my opinion, Paycom is not where we need it to be just yet.
