Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is the main functionality, time and attendance. Also the benefits administration. Beti is amazing. Absolutely amazing by far the best thing Paycom has ever done.
Pros
- Okay, so we'll talk about Beti and the automated payroll functionality. Having the check review for employees has been, giving them that transparency and just seeing their pay, has been huge in our organization. So truly appreciate the rollout of Beti.
Cons
- I wouldn't say the functionality necessarily, it's more when changes are made, they're not communicated to our client service team so they're not aware of them and they'll impact our whole organization. And then it takes days to resolve. We've also had a lot of turnover. We've had seven different client service reps in the past seven years. It would be nice to have a little consistency in that regard, but I understand you guys are growing and everything, it's just kind of hard on the client.
- So we came from quite the antiquated system, so it was really being able to showcase our benefits and people being able to see their pay has been huge. We didn't have that before.
