Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

So we utilize Paycom for our applicant tracking system in addition to time sheet management, payroll services. Because we're still in the implementation phase, we're learning to utilize it for surveys and just overall efficiencies for our company functions.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Streamlined web sheets. Of course real time payroll is our number one reason why we love it. We love the payroll system.

Cons

Well, I will say that since we're still in the infancy phases, I don't have any constructive feedback on how we can improve, but I am excited to learn a little bit more about just everything else. So it's a very diplomatic response.

Return on Investment

Well, positive impact. Like I said, everything's been super streamlined. If there's any negative at all, which it really isn't, it's just the learning curve of just getting comfortable with the interface for all of the functions. I mean, especially with the systems implementation, it's a lot of training and a lot of information on the back end, but that's why we have a task force and we're trying to learn how to use everything. So we're hopeful that everybody will be comfortable in utilizing the program very soon.

We do have a lot of field employees, so being able to enter time sheets right then and there via the app is great. Also being able to pull our personal documentation and update it in real time, very streamlined. Everything is just really Johnny-on-the-spot. I mean it's better than our paper time sheets and all of that. So we are trying to upgrade to 2025 from 1980 and I think we're going in the right direction.
