Paycom Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Our payroll coordinator is truly our Paycom guru and so we use it for processing payroll. We run our benefits through it. We use it for messaging for our employees. We are trying to find new uses for it every day.
Pros
- We've had great customer service throughout our implementation process. We just finished up implementation truly, and we're passed off to the next level of team for maintenance and we just really had a great experience with implementation
Cons
- I don't think that we've really seen anything specific. Everything that we've come across is handled so quickly that we haven't run into anything where I can think of
- It has increased our ability to communicate with our employees, which is always a benefit when it comes to retention. People feel valued when they feel heard, and having that communication back and forth is key to that.
We've noticed how smooth it is for our team to run. Things start to finish in one system rather than bouncing around back and forth. Even with a previous provider, we had to enter different areas to take care of different pieces of what needed to be done and so the whole team can work within one system to process an employee start to finish with the company.
It's given our employees the responsibility of ensuring that things are accurate, therefore freeing up our HR team when they're processing payroll to have more time available to really look at the key pieces of payroll rather than individual time sheets.
