Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

In my organization, I run payroll with Paycom.

Pros

  • In my experience, the Pay Grid in Paycom is done well.

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Paycom because, in my experience, Sometimes Paycom duplicates hours and runs them as OT (overtime) instead of regular.
  • The impact Paycom has on our organization's overall business objectives is that Paycom has met the need.
