Paycom Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
So I am learning and development for the enterprise and we are going to be using Paycom Learning for all of our offerings. We're taking content out of our current LMS and putting it into Paycom LMS. And then we're also going to be utilizing all of Paycom's subscriptions and offerings so that we can use those that are already built and create learning paths with those as well. We're definitely trying to use automation as well. Right now we don't have anything like that. Our current LMS doesn't have any type of automation or anything, so Paycom has a lot of features that add a lot of value to L&D and the entire company too.
Pros
- The app, for one, it's very intuitive. The interface is easy to navigate. I only use it just for L&D and then also for putting in my time. But I think the features of the entire program itself are great. I mean, I didn't make the decisions. I came in just learning about it and then I'm learning more about how to use it on the L&D side.
Cons
- If anything, more of the L&D side, more of the training side on enablement, because we have people coming in and when I started it took them a long time to just get to me. So I would've loved to have some self-directed learning that I could have already been looking at and prepping myself for. So when we have our enablement, I already have some background knowledge on what to expect or how to build a learning path or how to put in things. Just probably some things like that. But other than that, I mean I think they've been doing a fantastic job.
- Time saving with automation. I believe with this automation and my initiatives, it'll help with attrition rates at that.
