Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

In our organization, we use Paycom for The compliance part of things. Time cards. I approve time cards, look at payroll, everything.

Pros

  • Our support person is great.
  • Paycom is easy for our employees. We're in manufacturing, so it's easy for them to get in to log in to use and see. So I think that's a positive thing. They do understand it because it is simple.

Did implementation of Paycom go as expected?

Would you buy Paycom again?

No

If asked, I think I would tell a colleague that I guess it's easy to do payroll with Paycom, I mean, so just in a general sense.
