Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I use Paycom for multiple parts of my job. This includes recruiting, clocking in & out, and using the background check dashboard. Paycom has helped my job run very smoothly and it is all in one software product.

Pros

  • I love the different colored flags when looking at resumes.
  • Creating reports for employees is fast and easy.
  • I love the text message feature to message potential applicants.

Cons

  • When finalizing Self Onboarding, the tax part always says its invalid.
  • On the email in Talent Acquisition the refresh can be off by multiple hours.
  • Background checks will say it will be done "Today" but not finish for a week.
  • Time saved with using one singular software
  • Reduced software
  • Employees having a easier time with computers because of the easy to use software.
The singular software has allowed for company time saved. It has been very easy to use and our employees really have a good handle on the product.
So far I have used IWANT to find employees hire dates, primary supervisors, and time off balances. This tools has been especially helpful for the self onboarding set up.

Paycom is a great tool for any company. The clocking in and out feature along with the Time Off request is very easy to use. As for the Client side I love being able to see all resumes clearly and have an area where you can see what part of the hiring process candidate is in.
