Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

ATS & payroll! We utilize paycom for payroll, and ATS. We also use the certification tracking and it has helped a lot.

Pros

  • People analytics
  • Automatic payroll
  • Very user friendly

Cons

  • Maybe add an option for certification tracking to notify 1 person who renews said certificate for everyone when each certificate expires.
  • That we can create 1 position title for all locations instead of having too create a position title for each branch.
  • When terminating an employee, it would be easier to term them in one form instead of 2-3 different forms.

  • It's an all-in-one software that is easy to use with little to no errors.
It automatically pulls from employees timecards instead of having to annually input data which takes much longer.
Items get done much faster with the automation, and if anything needs to be updated or manually added, it's very quick & efficient to use.
Employees timecards, looked to see what accrual amounts they have, see who employee's supervisors are, located performance discussions, etc. It locates items quickly!
