Price point is the biggest driving factor. Paycor has made some strides in the customer service area and we've seen enough improvements that renewing our contract has become more a reality than a pipe dream. The system functions well and our employees are familiar with how it works, so to make a change would be a huge lift for our team.

Paycor works for us. It gets the job done, it isn't too confusing and meets our price point. I love that they continue to improve and roll out new ideas. They encourage us to do more in the HR world and support us by giving us the tools to make that happen. I also love the trainings/knowledge that they provide. There is a LOT of information available on each of the products and I believe that they work together fairly seamlessly for the most part!

Paycor has an ease of use that allows us to do what we do best. We want to spend more time in growing our business and not working in areas that do not directly grow our business. The product is really good overall. The customer service is not the best and the benefits administration is kind of painful. However, the good outweighs the bad. We might get a different benefit admin system that can be integrated into Paycor. My controller doesn't want to switch anything for a [long] time.
