Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor across the whole organization for both salary and part time employees.

Pros

  • Easy online use
  • We have employees from several states. Having Paycor pay taxes in all states is very helpful.
  • Good response time from support if I have questions.

Cons

  • We used to have one person to contact instead of a team of people. I liked the one on one aspect of Paycor better than I do now.
  • We are a small company. Just having Paycor be accurate is what I value the most.
Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings.
Pretty easy to use to set up new employees.
They kept making mistakes on our payroll. Paycor has been accurate.
Customer support is always good. I think it would depend on how much the other organization wants to spend.
