Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for several things. We are using it for our time cards, approvals, PTO, employee management, etc. We also use the payroll features. There is a very nice feature where employees can enter, and split up, their direct deposits between different bank accounts and HSA accounts. We also use Paycor for job postings and document storage. It is pretty much our total HR Platform.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Relatively straightforward once all-time cards have been approved. This is mostly a matter of generating the files. Once the payroll file is generated, it needs to be entered into the ERP system, which is time-consuming.
Paycor is built for non-technical folks. It is straightforward to use for most employees and relatively simple for most Human Resources Professionals.
We have used Paychex for our Payroll processing in the past. Both services have been fine. Paycor was able to give a more well rounded total HR Platform. Has been a pretty nice thing for us as a company and our HR Staff.
Paycor is a very solid HR Platform. It is fairly straightforward and simple to use. It really makes life easy for Human Resource staff. We are a small-medium business with under 150 employees. This seems to be a good size. Larger organizations could have more advanced needs where Paycor is still developing, specifically in the reporting and integration areas.
