Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Making the switch from ADP to Paylocity was a huge improvement for our business. Paylocity is incredibly easy to use and has wonderful customer service. I never wait more than a few minutes on hold and always have quick responses to my emails. Payroll processing has never been easier since moving to Paylocity. It is also user friendly and employees enjoy the ease with which they can complete time cards and pull pay stubs and W2 documents.

Paylocity's automation tools have been an incredible time saver. We particularly have saved time in the onboarding process. Prior to Paylocity we were still using paper/digital forms for start paperwork. Now everything lives within the system and is then automatically uploaded into the employee's file after their onboarding is complete. This combined with improved payroll processing has saved us so much time.
Although our company doesn't highly utilize the community and surveys tools via Paylocity we do recognize that more employees are going into their profiles and managing their data as well as having the ability and ease to pull their own data including pay stubs and W2s. We have used the surveys a few times and found them to be helpful and easy to use.
Paylocity completely blows ADP out of the water. It was like night and day moving over to Paylocity. The system functions better, the processes make more sense, the interface is better and the cost for us was also better. The customer service also doesn't even compare. Paylocity sets you up with a client manager and you have the ability to email the general service line which saves us so much time waiting on hold for quick and non urgent questions.
