Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I currently use Paylocity for my bi-weekly payroll process, candidate tracking, and new employee orientation. The two greatest benefits I receive from the software are how easy it is to use for payroll processing as we have various different rates, reimbursements, deductions, bonus'. All of these items you can easily adjust per individual batch in one helpful main screen, with the ability to preview the employee's individual check so you can ensure you make no mistakes. Instead of candidate tracking with various other software's this all encompassing tool to track, hire, and integrate directly into payroll saves me a ton of time and the price is a good value. My favorite feature of Paylocity is the help friend staff and dedicate manager for my account, who actually knows my company, and is the most responsive rep for a payroll company I've ever had, less that 1 hour response time. I've worked with 4 different payroll companies and do not plan to change anytime soon.

They have stopped redundant data tracking behaviors. I do not have to update multiple programs and Paylocity has incorporate multiple systems into one program
The self serve portal has helped us the most. I have more time to work on higher level HR functions when my employees don't have to call, text, or email for simple questions like access to digital paystubs, w-2, or PTO requests.
Paylocity is easier to use, easier to enroll in, and better customer service.
