Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity on almost every level. We use the Community Feature to send notification to our employees and it works great! I learn that there is more and more that I need to learn and can help make my job easier. The reporting option is wonderful and it makes the data that I need right at hand. I also love the Data Insights. All I have to do is click on that section and the data I use is already available and charted out. So much easier than our previous HRIS system. Love it!

Paylocity has reduced our errors given us a "one-stop-shop" to take care of everything HR and Payroll related and more. There is so much in the program that I don't even know exists and I know there is a way we can utilize it. I learn some thing new all the time and love all the tools Paylocity gives me.
I love the community tool. It allows employees from all our locations to keep track of who is coming and going, who has anniversaries, give recognition to each other and post videos. Great tool!
No comparison at all. WAY more functionality than Paycom and more cost effective and easier to use than ADP. Even though customer service has it's flaws, it is still so much better than ADP.
