More employee engagement, the Facebook (good parts) of work!
More user friendly, sales team understands needs and is not in a hurry to rush you through the system. Sales team does not call you repeatedly and press for answers.

Relationship with Paylocity
Per cost for each employee on a monthly basis.
Don't do sales calls to say the company has a product and is using it without backup documentation. This happened recently with the Video module... We don't use it but were being told that we had extensive use... not true and Paylocity couldn't send me any documentation. To make matters worse, I got a call 4 months later saying the same thing.
