Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We have 5 FEIN's with over 900 employees and use Paylocity for our recruiting, onboarding, timeclock, payroll, HR, paperless files, and tax filings. Paylocity addresses the ease of use between all modules from posting on job search website to hiring the employee and utilizing onboarding, to paying the employee their timesheet hours and providing the employee their W2 & 1095c.
Pros
- Their helpdesk is amazing!
- Their product is very user friendly!
- Always willing to help adapt with us!
Cons
- Timecards - need more detail/functions/reporting/calcs.
- Reports - wish the excel versions were easier filter/sortable standard formats
- Reduced work time with automated processes
- Improved with consistent processes
- Improved data driven decision making
The automation throughout all our FEIN's has made consistent practices all around. From the recruiters to HR to Payroll, we are all automated and on the same page! From a prospective new hire to enrolling an employee in benefits, Paylocity has enabled us to automate so many functions. Paylocity has significantly minimized the "human error" from our world with automation processes.
We use Paylocity's Community to post announcements, either facility specific or company wide on company information or benefits. We utilize the Self Service Portal to post all documents, summary plans, forms an employee might need at any time.
