Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as our primary HRIS system. Paylocity and it's parner offerings allow us to have a fully integrated suite of tools to support candidates through recruiting to onboarding/offboarding. Moreover, Paylocity allows us to drill down and review KPI's in regards to recruiting, retention, headcount, labor costs and so much more. Without Paylocity, we'd be incredibly lost.

Paylocity has unified a lot of processes that allows us to focus on some bigger picture items.
We have found that Community is a great tool for communicating within the workforce. Tools such as Surveys have been great for exit interviews, feedback surveys, and more.
Paylocity offers a much cleaner layout and enhanced reporting tools
