Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
It's helping to reduce data entry between recruiting, onboarding, and payroll modules (great for both saving time and ensuring compliance). It encases recruiting, onboarding, payroll, expenses, benefits, performance, and employee engagement into one compact HRIS system. They also are continually adding integration features with external vendors. Lastly, it also houses many of our electronic documents.
Pros
- It encases recruiting, onboarding, payroll, expenses, benefits, performance, and employee engagement into one compact HRIS system.
- It's helping to reduce data entry between recruiting, onboarding, and payroll modules (great for both saving time and ensuring compliance).
- It's housing many of our electronic documents.
Cons
- The modules within Paylocity (recruiting, onboarding, payroll, expenses, benefits, performance, and employee engagement) don't always "speak" to one another; information tends to flow one way.
- Some modules are an additional charge, while others are included.
- Integrating with other background vendors.
- We've reduced errors in payroll, as well as onboarding (when numbers count).
- Our team can better see where candidates are in the hiring process.
It's helped automate permissions and approvals, which saves from emailing back and forth. It also help automate our 90-day surveys to ensure everyone is approached.
We love impressions and community for the opportunity to communicate with coworkers and encourage positive feedback for a job well done.
