Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the entire suite of HRIS services with Paylocity. As an HR Department of one in a growing healthcare operation, I use Paylocity often throughout the day for all things HR, including payroll, time and labor, recruiting, onboarding, training, and most recently employee engagement.

Paylocity has allowed us to automate many previously time-consuming functions, and allowed me as an HR department of one to be more strategic in addressing business needs.
The peer recognition and community feel has increased engagement, especially amongst our younger employees.
Paylocity does a lot well, and at a price point that is competitive. They have a great team of support staff who are always willing to help issues to resolution.
