Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We rely on Paylocity for out payroll needs, but most especially for employee engagement and compliance. Paylocity is constantly developing new innovative and efficient ways to assist the Human Capital Management for any company. Their "people" really listen to what the client "partners" need and want.
Pros
- Involves its customer base to enhance their product
- Provides several modules that assist HR professionals be effective and efficient
- Has a end-user friendly platform for all that use it
- PEAK is a valuable resources database that helps client partners learn and solve problems on their own
Cons
- A time clock on the Community Page
- More choices for pre-employment screenings. Checkr is not robust enough
- Fillable documents should be platform wide and not just accessible from Onboarding
- Many of the modules have replaced manual processing
Using the expense module has created a more efficient way of paying our employees for reimbursable expenses without having to go through the accounting department. The Recruiting module automatically creates a pool of candidates, which is an incredible benefit to our hiring managers.
Community has created a sense of comradery among our employees. We have created custom Impressions that relate directly to our company's culture and love that each one has meaning for each recipient.
