Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for our HRIS & Payroll.
Some of the problems we have are timeclock issues and punches not being recorded. We need training on modules that we are not using.

Pros
- Processing Payroll is easy
- Self Portal is nice and easy to function
Cons
- Almost every report I need has to be custom built
- Customer Service employees need more experience with the product. I have made many calls about a feature and they need to call someone else to answer my questions
- I did a recording hand-on training with my account manager that was supposed to be recorded. The recording did not work and I have been waiting over 3 months for him to make a new one.
- Employees are frustrated about timeclock issues
- The timecard approval does not save all the time
- The self service feature is easy for employees to use
- Employees do not like the feature of having to download documents to their computers or phones and would prefer to review the information in the Paylocity system.
We have not had the opportunity to use the automatic features at this time due to a lack of training.
Because of my lack of training for this system and how my other staff has not been trained on the modules we have purchased. It is hard to make a true assessment at this time.
