Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We currently use Paylocity for Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits, Human Resources Performance, and much more. We have several workflows set up that help our Managers easily work with one another as well as interact with their team members across the organization. In our company, most people are remote so it is more important than ever that we are able to communicate effectively and efficiently with one another in a secure and easy to use environment. I like how Paylocity is always changing and making upgrades in all areas.

  • More transparency before submitting payroll - making more pre process reports available
  • Tax advice
  • ROI based on off cycle payroll costs (lack thereof)
  • Reduced time spent on tasks that integrated with outside sources
  • Visibility so that Managers are more empowered

Although Paylocity does a lot very well, they could improve by allowing more transparent options in Payroll
