Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for all employee lifecycle functions. Onboarding, benefits, time off, termination. We have a larger company for Paylocity's typical customer base, which brings its own unique struggles and several infrastructure issues within Paylocity's system.
Pros

- Mobile device functionality
Cons
- Customer service
- Time off calculations are confusing for employees
- Compliance is not employee friendly
- Very manual processes to get things changed
- No Paylocity led compliance when it comes to sick time ordinances
- Reduced errors
- Facilitated training
- Increased onboarding success
Their onboarding tools have been extremely helpful in making sure we can focus our time on other processes. Most tasks within Paylocity are extremely manual, and some are much easier to track and keep up with outside of Paylocity, which is what my company mostly ends up doing.
We do not use these functionalities currently.
