Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Our organization uses Paylocity for all our payroll processing needs. This includes everything from scheduling and time clock management to payroll and tax payments. We also utilize the Paylocity software for our learning management system and employee reviews.

Pros

  • More consistent features between app and online portal
  • Customer service for end users, not just administrators
  • Reduced redundancy in software
  • Improved Communication
Paylocity's automation tools allow for a quicker workflow of tasks from employees to employees. It also gives a central location for training and documentation to be stored.
Our organization has begun utilizing the survey tools to gain timely, anonymous feedback from our employees.
Paylocity is more user friendly and offers an easier navigation system for employees.

Paylocity is excellent for organization that have remote or hybrid employees. It is also an excellent program to keep all HR software needs (payroll, benefit information, onboarding, employee evaluations, learning management systems, etc) in one location.

Yes - ADP software was not user friendly and their customer support was almost non existent.

Paylocity was more user friendly and web based software than our previous payroll software.

Paylocity Implementation

We had one implementation member that was unresponsive. But their supervisor stepped in quickly to finish our implementation process.
Yes - Each phase was a separate layer of implementation. We began building the company information, then imported employee data, and began to build our teams.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled

Paylocity Reliability

The software can be used by small or large organization. In our case, we are growing from a small to large organization so I feel the software will grow with us.
Online help is available 24/7 and support usually responses within the same day. We have never encountered an unplanned outage.
Extremely fast software. We have never encounter any downtime or slow down.
