Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

When we started with Paylocity, we adapted the HR& Payroll and Time & labor modules. We now also use, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Community and Impressions. Paylocity has made our Payroll and Performance Review process easy to use, saves time and creates transparency with our team members.

  • When problems need to be escalated, it feels like they are going to a graveyard. Continued communication & updates would be helpful.
  • We have noticed a tremendous time saving from our previous Payroll/ATS system.
I spend a lot less time trying to remember where I am at with various applicants in the recruiting process. It saves me time and reduces my stress levels, because the recruiting/ATS/Onboarding systems are seamless.
We utilize the Impressions feature. It is helpful to have a way to share with the whole team when a team member has received a customer kudo.
There is no comparison. Dominion had become a swear word for our team and Paylocity is a breath of fresh air. They are continuously improving and adding features. I love that they they hear our needs and suggestions and act on them. Everyone from our Sales person to the people we call with questions are so helpful and friendly.

The smooth transition of Time & Labor into the Payroll process are seamless and smooth. Every time I call for assistance, I get someone on the phone who is eager to help and very polite.

Using Paylocity

92 - Administrators all the way to everyday hourly team punching in.
2 - We have 4 administrators, only two of us are actively supporting Paylocity.

  • Annually we review the modules they offer and which can assist us in streamlining.
We have experienced very few issues with Paylocity and they are quick to work with us to problem solve the issues that do come up.

You never know what you don't know, ask to speak with references and get their insight.

Paylocity Support

They are really great when they are able to assist. Sometimes, they don't know the answer and it gets elevated to support..this can occasionally take forever to get an answer that is needed quickly.

Yes - Sometimes it is fixed promptly and sometimes it goes in to a black hole.
We are currently adapting the Benefits module and Norrie is patient in answering my questions and concerns.

Using Paylocity

The workflow type options can be a challenge to figure out, but everything else is super user friendly.
