Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use most functions of the Paylocity system besides the ATS portion. This includes online onboarding (implemented in 2022), payroll, Bswift benefits, timecard management, performance management, and COVID vaccination tracking. It would be incredibly hard to run our organization without an HRIS to help manage our employee data.

Paylocity's automated processes are standard for HRIS systems and do not include any bells or whistles that further enhance our ability to focus on business objectives, in my opinion.
In my opinion, Paylocity's engagement tools are subpar. We use Gallup for our employee experience surveys, SurveyMonkey for other surveys, and have not had success trying to get employees to participate in the community forum. It feels very robotic and artificial.
