Paylocity is good in some ways lacks in others

I use the time and labor area, on-boarding, and HR/Payroll area. I help employees reset their passwords and I assist with a portion of payroll and do time changes for approved changes on employee timecards. Problems we have is enabling areas of the system for me to use and see. My boss has tried to enable areas like employee contact information or emergency contact info and I am still unable to see the areas and Paylocity isn't ever able to help fix the issues. They just still my boss to select another user type. Making this easier so that my boss can select the areas without trouble would be nice. She doesn't want me to see peoples pay, but she does want me to have access to contact info and to help assist with the time & labor and transfer portion of payroll.

They do help to automate some processes, but HR still have to get time change forms daily to fill in missing time punches or issues that occur in time and labor timecards.

I have not been able to take advantage of these tools as of yet since my supervisor has not been able to enable my view in Paylocity even though she has tried to add it for me multiple time.
