Paylocity is overall a good and ever expanding product!
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for HR management of employee's, time and labor tracking, and recruiting and onboarding. using these tools has streamlined our hiring and onboarding process. To get more new hires into payroll faster and without needing to file and fill out lots of physical paper. Also it has streamlined our payroll process to make submitting payroll for up to 1200 employees weekly extremely quick and easy.

- creating your own reports can be complex
- lots of different features can make updating employee access tedious
- every once in while glitches have occurred causing issues in Time and labor
- Have had issues getting holiday pay set the correct way we need
- Have had business tax filing issue in the past I had to dig and discover for Paylocity
- Reduced time expenditures

Has given management more time to focus on other business objectives. They have made it easier to get larger applicant pools to reach out to and made the hiring process's faster.
We have not used much of the engagement tools. We have a very large employee pool this makes it difficult for us to create community's within our company.
