Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for everything! It has made my job and my managers jobs so much easier having everything in one spot. We process payroll, onboard, time and labor, compensation, benefits, and a few more modules.

Pros

  • Constantly upgrading to make our lives easier
  • Communication is amazing!
  • Always has someone available to support you.

Cons

  • Honestly can’t think of one
  • Reduced time for doing review by half
  • Reduced time with benefits enrollment and administration
Has helped reduce time doing every day tasks so we can focus on other things.
Has helped us get info out to EEs faster and reach more employees
Because Paylocity can be used for so much more than payroll. It's your one-stop for everything, reviews, EE notes, compensation, time tracking, you name it can probably do it.
Much better than any program we’ve looked at. The ease of use is not even comparable.

Yes - We were with iSolved before this and it couldn't do 1/4 of what we can do with Paylocity.

It was seamless, and they were easy to work through the whole time.
