Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We have used Paylocity for years for payroll & paychecks, time off tracking and benefits tracking. Recently we've expanded our use to include the Learning module and the Workflows module. We used to use multiple sites for payroll, online training, and document storage. Paylocity has brought all those things together under one website. Now our users only need to remember one login credential instead of 3. We are assigning all required training though the Paylocity learning management system, which users can access on any device. They no longer need to come into the office to use our laptops, as they can do training on their phone app. We have also begun using the Workflows module to distribute required forms amongst both admin and field staff. We can assign employee notices and referral bonus worksheets and the employee can complete and sign it all within Paylocity.

The workflows module has helped SO much to reduce our time expenditure on forms. We no longer have to scan and upload forms, the files automatically save to the employee's profile.
Very little, to be honest. You have to navigate to that section if you want to see impressions and not many people care to click on it. It's just a post that people can comment on, it's not that much of a recognition especially if people don't choose to go to that tab.
Paylocity has a much smoother and prettier interface than ADP. It is easier to navigate around and access the places you need without having to enter into multiple menu options.

Yes

Paylocity is easy to use, even without formal training. The site is well laid out and easy to navigate. It can be used successfully by all levels of the company from Admin staff to field staff. It is easy to set the security levels for people to have access to what they need and restrict access to what they shouldn't see.
