Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use the platform for general HR uses and the L&M platform. It helps us reach more employees with providing them more tools for CE and development.

Pros

  • clear and user friendly
  • actively provides useful updates and information
  • provides a platform where you can interact with peers

Cons

  • better customer service when you call in
  • providing the options for W2's to be mailed out to employees.
  • simplify the integration marketplace..
  • more consistent process
  • workforce visibility
  • cleaner streamline
it is a tight race, Paylocity is just more user friendly and more appealing to the eye.

user friendly, onboarding an employee is simple and time efficient. Your online help portal for FAQ is great and easy to follow. It fits both the small company as well as a larger scale company
